Call For Paper

The 12th Vacuum and Surface Sciences Conference of Asia and Australia(VASSCAA-12) will be held from 13th to 17th of October 2024 in Taipei, Taiwan.

We would like to invite you to submit abstracts for VASSCAA-12.

Collected papers presented in the conference will be published in the special issue of Applied Surface Science and VACUUM.
